Shipping 🚚

How much do you charge for shipping? Standard shipping is free for all orders $100 USD or more. 

Where do you ship to? We currently ship to the USA and Canada

Will you ship to a P.O. box? The couriers we use to deliver packages can't deliver to P.O. boxes. Only your country's primary postal operator can deliver to P.O. boxes.  

How long will shipping take?

Our products are not mass-produced. Depending on the product and where you live, your order may come from China, or the USA. Production usually takes between 5-7 business days, however in peak periods from December to February we sometimes see longer production timeframes.

The Covid-19 pandemic is still having an impact on freight services around the world and is significantly affecting delivery timeframes, so please note that we can't guarantee delivery timeframes due to these issues.

We can provide estimates based on recent average shipping timeframes, and we update these estimates regularly. At the moment, our priority shipping orders are currently taking around 9 days on average. Standard shipping may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. These shipping timeframes do not include production times. If you would like your order as soon as possible, we highly recommend upgrading to priority shipping. This turn-around is typical, but only an estimate.

If I order more than one thing, will they both arrive at the same time? 

We can't guarantee that all items in your order will arrive at the same time, as your items may be coming from different places. While we sometimes send out stock that we happen to have on hand, most of our products are made on demand by different overseas manufacturing partners, who lovingly handcraft our products and then ship them straight to our customers.

Please note that due to working with different manufacturing partners, different parts of your order may have different packaging depending on if they come from the same product makers or not.

Returns and Exchanges 🔄

I've changed my mind about my order. Can I cancel it?

No unfortunately as most of our products are made on demand rather than sitting in stock somewhere. This means that when you place an order, we pay our manufacturers to make your items just for you. Once we have paid our manufacturers to make your order, they will not accept cancellations and therefore neither can we.

We try to get orders in quickly to minimize wait times for customers, however we usually try to leave an hour's grace period for you to contact us in case you have made a mistake with the sizing or delivery address. If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us within an hour of ordering and we may be able to cancel your order before we have paid our manufacturers.

Product Questions ❓

Will my items be the exact color I see on my screen?

Images and colors can look different depending on the device you're viewing them on and your screen settings. Due to this, we cannot guarantee that what you're seeing on your screen will exactly match the coloring of the products in real life. As most of our products are only made once ordered, the images used are mock-ups to give you a very accurate idea of what your items will look like and are to be used as a guide only. 

Orders 📦

Oops! I put the wrong address on my order / ordered the wrong size. Can you change the address / size on my order?

Only if your order has not yet gone into production. Once an order has gone into production, we are no longer able to make any changes to the order. We wait at least an hour before processing orders to give customers a grace period to contact us. Please check your order confirmation email carefully to ensure that everything is correct. Contact us immediately if you realize you have made a mistake.

If an order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender due to customer error, any costs associated with redelivery and/or reordering will be the customer's responsibility.

Payment & Billing 💳

How do I know my payment is secure?

We use the latest SSL encryption methods ensuring that your credit card information is transmitted to us in a safe and secure manner. We do not store your credit card number.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Money orders, personal checks or company checks NOT accepted.
