Shipping 🚚

How much do you charge for shipping? Shipping is currently charged based on the weight class of the item. We do occasionally offer free shipping on orders. 

Where do you ship to? We currently ship to the USA and Canada

How long will shipping take?

Our products are not mass-produced. Production usually takes between 5-7 business days (not including shipping times). However, custom orders may take up to 21days - especially large orders. Also, during peak periods from November to December, we sometimes see longer production timeframes.

If I order more than one thing, will they both arrive at the same time? 

We can't guarantee that all items in your order will arrive at the same time, as your items may be coming from different places. Please note that we sometimes work with manufacturing partners, so different parts of your order may have different packaging depending.  

Returns and Exchanges 🔄

I've changed my mind about my order. Can I cancel it?

If your order is a custom order and is already in production, then we are not able to cancel the order. Most of our products are made on demand rather than sitting in stock somewhere. 

We try to get orders in quickly to minimize wait times for customers, however we usually try to leave an hour's grace period for you to contact us in case you have made a mistake with the sizing or delivery address. If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us within an hour of ordering and we may be able to cancel your order before it goes into production.

Product Questions ❓

Will my items be the exact color I see on my screen?

Images and colors can look different depending on the device you're viewing them on and your screen settings. Due to this, we cannot guarantee that what you're seeing on your screen will exactly match the coloring of the products in real life. 

Orders 📦

Oops! I put the wrong address on my order / ordered the wrong size. Can you change the address / size on my order?

Only if your order has not yet gone into production. Once an order has gone into production, we are no longer able to make any changes to the order. We wait at least an hour before processing orders to give customers a grace period to contact us. Please check your order confirmation email carefully to ensure that everything is correct. Contact us immediately if you realize you have made a mistake.

If an order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender due to customer error, any costs associated with redelivery and/or reordering will be the customer's responsibility.

Payment & Billing 💳

How do I know my payment is secure?

We use the latest SSL encryption methods ensuring that your credit card information is transmitted to us in a safe and secure manner. We do not store your credit card number.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Money orders, personal checks or company checks NOT accepted.
